40+6 having some contractions but they aren’t super painful yet. The hospital is an hour away so I don’t want to go for a false alarm

My hospital says less than 5 mins apart with contractions lasting over 1 min. I also live an hour away from the hospital. If they don’t go away with hydrating and laying on your left side, this might be it!! Good luck!

Have you been having them for over an hour 5 min apart or less? That’s the sign to go to the hospital.
