I believe that it can play a positive role in a achieving goals. But I also believe that if you want something bad enough you will work hard towards them goals. My personal experience: I’ve been with my partner for 16 years. We had a loss 12 years ago. Then we started actively trying to conceive about 7/8 years ago had another loss about 3 years ago. All I wanted in the entire universe was to be a mom. I felt broken. Like a failure. Everyone around me were having kids. So I started taking better care of myself. I got full checkups with my midwives. I went to see a therapist. Ate better, my partner and I quit smoking cigarettes about 4 years ago. I was taking prenatals and probiotics. Working out. The cycle that I conceived my firstborn I was prescribed a round of clomid. I went on a weekend women’s yoga retreat right before my period was due. I came home and a few days later my period was late by 2 days - tested positive. I know that taking care of myself and the fertility meds played a huge role but part of me also believes that surrounding myself with feminine energy helped my daughter stick. Also when she was 6 months old I got pregnant again. We weren’t trying but not preventing bc we knew we wanted at least one more bit we didn’t think it would happen so quick as we struggled for 6 years for our first. We had sex once the month we conceived number 2. They are now 21 months and 5 months old. Work hard for the things you want but sending out positive vibes and energy into the universe doesn’t hurt 💗😊
