Hemorrhoids

I recently had my baby 3 weeks ago via C-section & of course it took me a week to have a poop. I’ve been taking stools softeners, gas relief, etc. but now I have hemorrhoids. Everytime I have to use the bathroom I’m scared so I’ll hold it for days which doesn’t make it any better because it’s so painful.. what can help to ease the pain? Or get rid of it?
