Struggling

So for the past six months I have seriously dedicated to changing my lifestyle. I’ve been going to the gym 4-5 days a week for 1-1.5 hours of weights followed by 30 minutes of cardio. I’ve made changes to my diet and while I feel better and I feel stronger I have not lost a pound nor have I dropped sizes in clothing. I try not to rely on the scale because I know muscle weighs more than fat and that I am building muscle at the same time. I am just struggling because I am tired of being trapped in a body I hate one that I created and I don’t feel good. It’s hard not to lose motivation at this point. I would love some pointers or advice. I’m 4’11” and 181 lbs.
