Diet pills are a sure way to gain everything you’ve lost + possibly more as soon as you stop using them. Theyre not a viable option for long term fat loss. 
Opt for a lifestyle change instead, starting with foods you eat. Lots of fibrous and protein rich food, and follow the plate model (half of the plate veggies). The best appetite control you can get, and a delicious one too! This doesnt mean you need to have salads for meals or anything, just incorporate healthier alternatives in your food. Replace that extra scoop of spaghetti or white rice with veggies. Eat wholewheat carbs, use less fat in cooking and eat leaner meats, or meats rich in healthy fats like salmon. You can even keep indulging your cravings as long as you indulge within healthy limits, like once a week. Dont think that just because you cheated once you should indulge for the rest of the day. Dont skip meals because of it, and dont set arbitrary time restraints. One bad day doesnt have to turn into a bad week, every meal is an opportunity to start over if you end up cheating on the diet. But of course if this keeps happening all the time youre not gonna see the results you want. 
It’s not as difficult as you think, and you’ll see improvements in both physical and mental health.
