I’ve waited 3 years to write this story.. I can say I will never have another baby😂.. I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarium and threw up my ENTIRE pregnancy 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was induced 1/22 at 12AM at 38+6 due to IUGR labored for 25 hours.. 11 hours in my water broke but I was still not dilated or effaced ...They then decided to put in the foley balloon and that’s when shit hit the fan... I was given morphine and it literally did nothing 😩 At that point I was shaking the hospital bed and screaming but the nurses didn’t come until 3 hours later and I was only at 4cm😂 So I decided to get the epidural... WHY DID IT ONLY WORK FOR 30 MINS🤦🏽‍♀️ So I basically continued to shake the bed.. I called for the anesthesiologists to give me more epidural in which he did twice and still nothing... The nurses hadn’t checked me for HOURS as they were impatient because I was progressing so slowly and when they did get another anesthesiologist to come in I was screaming in agony and begging them to just cut her out by then... He put so much medicine in and it was instant relief.. He asked could I feel the contractions and I replied “ No, but I feel like I have to push” The nurse looked down to check me AND HER HEAD WAS ALREADY OUT!! I was told to hold her in until the doctors came ... Then 3 pushes and she was out at 1:25 AM 1/23/2020 ..5lbs13oz & 16 1/2in ... no tears thank god because I didn’t want stitches... My experience was horrible but it was worth it❤️ Here is Amirah Young my beautiful baby girl 💖🧸
