Low PAPP-A: any feedback or similar results?

Just got a call from my OB about low PAPP-A and looking for other experiences. Not even sure what questions I'm asking right now, just scared. Anyone have a similar result? I'm 15 weeks almost now.

I was told I have it also, I am now 26 weeks and everything is still normal. My doctor said they will begin non stress tests the last month of my pregnancy but he said it is very uncommon for it to actually affect you or the baby.
