Back in December 2019 I just started working my second new job at UPS as a package handler. I would work as a busser/server at my other job five days a week 4pm-10Pm then go into ups 11pm-9am. There were days I’d be so tired and stressed my only feee time is sleep. Toward the middle of the month I noticed I had got really itchy down there.. I was like why do itch so much?! I remember I went home and took a shower and I touched something down there that felt like a sore pimple and it really hurt. At the time I thought it might have been an inflamed razor bump because I had shaved 2days prior to that. I asked my bf of 3 years to check and he was like it just looks like a pimple or ingrown hair you should be fine. I had two bumps at the time it would hurt to wipe and then I noticed more bumps.. I had gotten about 15-20 bumps all over my vagina... and the outside. I thought I could heal these open bumps by pouring peroxide and using Nepali rib which yes it helped clean and stuff but stung like a mf bitch and NEVER USE A SPRAY DOEN THERE FOR BOO BOOS THAT SHIT BURNED AND I SCREAMED. The pain was so indescribable I hated having to walk which sucked since I worked so many hours I was always on my feet and I can’t just tell the job my vagina hurts can I go home. It was just horrible I noticed the bumps stingy and burning and they seemed open I didn’t realize they were herpes till I spent 80 dollars to go to the doctor to get my results. The bumps turned from pimple looking to ulcers which basically are the skin away and they eventually healed up after I started taking the medication I was given for 10 days. I sat there and bawled my eyes out in the doctors office when she said it looked a lot like it. I was so upset I even called my mom and let her know and she told me it was okay and that It’s just life. I was so upset I thought my boyfriend would leave me because I’ve only been with him we’ve been with each other since we were 15-16. I thought he had cheated honestly but cold sores and all that run through his family. All I have to say is as us females I know we can get through this painful experience together and hopefully one day they can find a cure. (DELETE PHOTOS IF NOT ALLOWED) google won’t show you the truth and actually symptoms throughout herpes but if you are wondering what it might look like this is what it is... it’s no fun experience either it still makes me cry and gag thinking this happened to me. Always get tested too!!
