My son has fruit, soup with chicken or beef and a bunch of veggies , no spices just some olive oil and lemon and oat meal for dinner.

I will start giving him eggs.

Do you give your baby dairy products yet ?

He is 7 1/2 months old. I follow my pediatricians instructions but I’ve noticed other mommies giving more foods than I do.

Wondering if I should expand his diet yet or not

Also do you use spices ? Such us cumin, paprika, oregano etc ??

My son also doesn’t feed himself yet. Is it normal ??

He can hold his bottle but still doesn’t get the solid food part ..
