Just want to know if anyone can relate...

Does anyone else have unexplained pain on an ovary? Not just during ovulation, not just during your period, but pretty much all of the time? I thought it was be a cyst but its not, all scans have been clear. I’ve had one before though. Also my hip and lower back hurt on the same side. Just very anxious over this. Can any of you relate?
