Evening primrose oil???

Has anyone used this to help soften & dilate the cervix or even help jumpstart labor? I bought some and I’d like to hear stories before I try it for myself.

It works!!! I inserted vaginally every night and it definitely help you dialate and soften . I went into the hospital at a 5 cm 👀 no tears

Eating 5 dates a day (about 35 weeks +) is also proven to soften and dilate cervix. I thought this method much more appetizing
