I had this app that worked great in my first pregnancy for nausea. It didn’t work until I had listened to it for a few days in a row, but after that as long as I listened to it once a day it kept the nausea at bay.

I’m pregnant now with my second pregnancy and we believe I am carrying twins. I’ve increased to listening to it twice a day to compensate for the dramatic increase in nausea this time around. I thought I would share this app Incase anyone else can benefit.
