So I am currently pregnant with our third child, we have two girls 3 and 1. My husband and I live far from family so we have arranged our schedules so we can watch the girls and not send them to daycare. It’s great for our girls but has really taken a toll on our relationship. I miss my husband since we only really get to hangout two weekends a month. Now with #3 on the way I know it’s going to be harder and more stressful since we both watch the kids on our own. I love my job but will leave without a doubt if I think it’s best for our family. My concern though is what our financial situation would be if I left work. I bring home a good amount and we live in San Diego, which has a very high cost of living. Still debating on whether to keep working or stay at home and try to find other ways of bringing home some money.
