What to do to prevent flu

Hey mamas, my husband and son just tested positive for the flu. I was a dummy and forgot to ask the doctor if I could do anything to prevent getting it being that I’m 14 weeks pregnant. Anyone deal with this and have any suggestions?

Wash your hands often limit time around them.

The best thing you can do is proper hand washing constantly, especially every time you go near them. Make sure you’re washing for like 30 seconds and go in between your fingers and get backs of hands. And try to avoid touching your face.

If they’re showing symptoms then you’ve already been exposed as they’re contagious up to a day before symptoms show. As others have said wash your hands and try not to be around them much if that’s possible. Lysol everything they touch. When my daughter and I got the flu the only person who didn’t get it was my husband because he got the shot.
