I’m 17 and 2 haven’t told my job yet for personal reasons. I’m the boss of two assistants and the one has been doing really poorly. Just recently I was told the one is telling the other one I’m a horrible boss because I don’t check on them. I do but I feel like they deserve some space. She also said she had a dream that I was pregnant and she took my job.

I’m really upset with her but I can’t obviously say anything. I guess I’m looking for advice as someone is trying for my job and is talking s :(
