Can baby wear a long sleeve sleeper in the summer? With or w/o a onesie?

FTM I realized a lot of hand-me-downs 0-3m I got were warm sleepers and it'll be June/July when she's wearing them

If you have a/c in your house, I’d put them in a long sleeve one. My 2nd is due in June and I plan on having him sleep in long sleeves since we have a window unit in our bedroom.

Yes-no onesie. I would do a thin one. If you’re going outside and it’s 80s-90s, just a onesie. Babies can get hot too.

It depends. You can try them and see if baby gets overheated or not. If you keep your house pretty cold then they might be a good idea

It depends on your baby. My son was born in November, but got overheated very easily. With our thermostat set at 68, he still had a full body heat rash. I took him for a walk outside in January and he tore at his blankets until he uncovered himself. Other kids get cold easily and like the wear warm things.

We have air conditioning so I did put our daughter in long sleeves and sleep sacks and everything like that. I just judged what clothing was appropriate based on my own temperature

Yes it’ll be cool in your house plus they generally like to be warm and cozy that young.
