Possible water broke 16 weeks?

Would I just go to the Er I had a gush of fluid not sure what it was goin to go get checked out for peace of mind how can they tell of water did break? Thanks

There is also a swab they have that they will swab your vagina and if it turns a certain colour, it’s amniotic fluid. Best of

Thank uses I'm still here but there bot really doing anything to tell me if it is or not they wont perform a ultrasound cause there is no ultrasound tech here they wont check the fluid and they wont do a exam all they are checking is hcg levels and doing the doppler

They can tell if you’re dialating or if they check the sack and there is no more fluid
