Need help/ advise

So me and my guy were going at it and he put in in my butt a little(the tip) and then my vagina which I know is not good but I'm super scared because I'm pregnant and don't want an infection. What do I do? I have an appointment tomorrow and I would feel kind of weird telling my doctor this lol Has this happened to any of you girls and did anything happen later on?
