What helped your RLS?! 😫😫😫
Currently 28 + 1 & I CANNOT deal with the RLS at bedtime. Like all other pregnancy discomforts that attack at night, I’m trying so hard to find out how to ease my restless legs at night. I’m tired of kicking, twitching, moving, & scaring myself outta my sleep as I begin to doze off. What worked for you mommas?! HELP ME PLEASE 😭😭
