Problems with digestion?
As of the last two days, my son is pooping so much. It’s making his butt raw. I apply aquaphor and change his diaper as soon as I notice he has pooped. Today for lunch I gave him puréed carrots and his poop this afternoon looks like the picture attached. It’s like he isn’t digesting the food at all and it’s going straight through him. Have any of you experienced this?
