Pain around belly button 😟

So my baby boy was moving and all of a sudden i can see a big bumb above my belly button then he settled down and after i touched my tummy and around my belly button area it felt bruised cant even touch it thats how bad it hurts feels like something ripped around their im 34 weeks pregnant has anybody else experienced this ?
