Hey ladies! I just wanted to ask how long did you have to wait after the initial 3 months of getting the depo shot, did you have to wait until you got your period? I’m wanting to wait to get back on birth control to help my body do it’s thing naturally. But I also know I need to be on birth control. I haven’t had a period in over 7 months so I’m soooo afraid for when I finally do get it! Do you have any remedies that help with severe period cramps?
