Were any of you sick when you found out you were pregnant?

Question

So I’ve been battling a stomach virus since the weekend which was during my ovulation. I’m now 3 or 4dpo and I just keep thinking there’s no way an egg is going to want to implant when I’m so sick. 
Am I being irrational or is there nothing to worry about? What was your experience?

Yeah I had a sick bug all through ovulation and for a week after and I’m  currently 12 weeks pregnant after 7 years of ttc x

No. My boobs were sore and a bit bigger which is not normal for me. I was also eating A LOT. More than usual and just not feeling full

No but I had a yeast infection 😭 and that’s how I knew it was because I was pregnant
