Having a vaginal birth is extremely traumatic for our bodies. Yes you could feel swollen down there for up to 6 weeks after birth. Drinks lots of water to flush the body and try walking a bit when you are ready. Also filling pads with aloe Vera and freezing them will help bring swelling on the outside down.
