So long story short, I have a history of gestational diabetes and high blood pressure from my last pregnancy. I was doing good on both until last week when I was diagnosed with GD. Then this week my blood pressure is high. My doctor says at this point it’s just a waiting game to see which one wins out to cause my induction. If my blood pressure is high at either of my appointments next week, they will induce me, otherwise I will be induced the following week due to GD. I’m so done being pregnant and am excited to meet my baby boy, but now that it is so close, it’s starting to sink in that I am going to have a 12 month old and a newborn and I am so nervous about that!
