You could have ovulated later than expected.
Milk colored and stretchy cm, cro mwhat u can tell in the video is what it looks like. Is normal. Some see it before ovulation or during other parts of there cycle. But it's not abnormal. I don't know what you usually have. If you're a week late you have a low chance of a positive, but a chance still.
Keep waiting or go to a doctor. That's the only real advice that can be given that's not just opinion.

I’m also a week late today and had this same CM! Got a BFN this morning so who knowssss. My cervix is still super high and I have had the worst heartburn ever today I almost had to leave work. So frustrating.

I have the same type of cm and my period is due any moment now. I tested today and bfn😩 I never get this cm end of my cycle. Hoping it can be a good sign!
