17 weeks
Hi everyone! I’m currently 17 week +1 and I am BARELY starting to show. When I went in last week for my 16 week appointment I had lost 4lbs and my blood pressure went up 🤦🏼♀️. Since I’ve started feeling more energized I’ve been working out more. Everyone says I am lucky to be “eating for two” but I just can’t get myself to eat more than normal. I feel like I’m not replenishing as many calories as I’m burning!! Anyone else have this problem?! I’m just worried I’m not gaining enough!
