But of a personal rut

I’ve found myself in a bit of a slump. We’ve had more downs than ups in life this year and I’ve gone into hiding from friends and family. I haven’t completely cut myself out, but I realised the other day I’ve slowly taken out all the pleasure in my life. I need it back, but because I suffer from sensory overload, I need to take it slow.
