Is this normal?

This is my second pregnancy and for the last few weeks I’ve been having heart flutters or something I get this weird feeling in my chest my heart starts beating funny like palpitations I’m 17+3 weeks and don’t know if this is common or something of concern

I started getting them around 10 weeks. I was told that they are a normal part of pregnancy but my pcp sent me for an echocardiogram just to be safe and it came back fine. 
I have noticed that they are more frequent when I haven’t been drinking enough water and when I’m overly anxious or stressed. So up water intake and try some relaxing techniques when they occur.

I’m 29 weeks and I get those sometimes since about 16-17 weeks, it’s because your body is pumping more blood so you get those flutters and palpitations, it scared me at first also but still tell your ob so they know.
