I’m currently pregnant. And i’m having a ROUGH patch. Legit throw up so many times a day, can barely eat, and can’t stand for long periods of times. It was so bad I been to the hospital multiple times and causes me to be late because i’m puking my brains out in the morning. My manager schedules me 12 hr- 13 hrs daily. I tried to talk to him and he said it’s pregnancy excuses. I’ve always been a great employee even while pregnant. In fact I didn’t even mention me being pregnant till it got bad. My mom and fiancé wants me to go higher than him because standing for 13 hours a day isn’t good while pregnant, or good for anyone. And this is all for 10$ a hour. so it’s not a “career” job. Advice please. No rude comments.
