Blood HCG at 26 at 5 weeks?

Hi all,
I got 2 faint positives yesterday morning around 3AM with FMU, around noon I went to the dr and my urine came back neg (VERY diluted), went home peed again and got another faint positive, waited until I had concentrated looking urine again and took a CB digital which came back positive! However the nurse at my drs office called me and said my HCG is at 26 which is too low to be considered a viable pregnancy. Has anyone else had this happen? LMP was 1/2/2020 and I have pretty irregular cycles

You wouldn’t be 5 weeks. I’m 5 weeks and 5 days and my last period was 12/29. You’d be about 4 weeks. And that’s perfectly fine number for 4 weeks. At 4 weeks my hcg was 17.2 and then it doubled and now at 5wks 5 days I was able to see my baby on an ultra sound

Is it possible you’re less than 5 weeks? They should take another blood draw to see if your levels are doubling/increasing to indicate viability. Are you bleeding? Hope everything works out for you

Did all go well? I’m currently 4 weeks with HCG @ 26.. I’m worried it’s low.

It's impossible to be that low at 5 weeks seeing as even at 5 weeks a transvaginal can pick up a gesational sac, you may have ovulated way later than you thought. If your levels are that low I'd say your about 3 weeks because mine were 36 at 3 weeks 😁

I have irregular cycles too and I would just say you ovulated late. Got get blood checked in a couple days and see if it doubles 👌🏻 if so then you caught your bean early! Baby dust! ✨✨✨

My hcg at 6 weeks was 4,650 i was pregnant with triplets i went back and hcg had dropped i unfortunately ended miscarrying on the 24 of jan based on ur last mp u would be 4 weeks 5 days maybe to early . But i would deff get an ultrasound done soon especially if you think your five weeks they can at least see the sac . Goodluck

I was at 14,700 with my son 5w4d. That’s to low for 5 weeks. With my first pregnancy I was 2-3 weeks Hcg 30. (Miscarried that one) I’d say you ovulated late.
