Mine was 6 months and it was a breeze. Night flight overseas, she slept the whole way through. Now, she’s 3...and travelling is somewhat of a nightmare 🙃

4.5 months. After 4mo shots, basically. For me that's the minimum I'm comfortable with for any kind of air travel.

Traveled with both my kids when they were each 2 weeks. We drove 12 hours to the beach. I flew with my youngest at 7 weeks. Never too young just what you’re comfortable with.

I know someone who has adopted two newborns domestically and has travelled with both within days of the birth. He said it went okay.

Traveled 12 hours to Texas when my daughter was just shy of 3 months old. She did great. We stopped often because she was breastfed but wasn’t bad.

I had to take my daughter on a plane at 8 weeks old. She did phenomenal. Only cried when she needed to be changed or fed. Otherwise slept the whole time. The other baby on the plane tho was not as good. Sometimes the pressure hurts their ears :( I also took her on a 10 hour drive at 6ish weeks old. That was a little more difficult because I was adamant about not holding her while driving so we had to make frequent stops.
