Pain left lower quadrant

I have the same pain going on. My doctor said it's round ligament pain. I asked her if there was anything i could do to lessen the pain because i limp from it. Her response:"Give birth"

Probably your sciatic nerve i am 36 weeks today and can barley walk it’s been two weeks, my doc says it was how the baby is positioned.. not much you can do but stretch and get a prenatal massage
