Introducing meats and allergen foods
Hi mamas,
Any tips on how to introduce meats (chicken, mince, beef) and allergen foods (eggs, peanut butter and dairy to baby? I havent tried allergen foods yet and need ideas of how and how much of it to give gradually.
If pureed, what and how do you prepare it for your LO? Do you give your baby foods you make for your own family without seasoning or do you prepare their own batch of foods?
Baby led weaning, how do you prepare?
I am still giving my nearly 6.5 month purees as im not 100% confident with baby led weaning although at times i mash things slightly and get her to explore with that for now.
I have been doing vegies and fruit but would like to incorporate meats into vegies every now and then.
Also any other puree ideas please feel free to list below.

Brocolli
Corn
Pear
Peaches
Mango
Banana
Strawberries
I have realised my LO is a little constipated as she has had a few hard stools over the last 2 bowel movements. I try to give her pear as much as i can when that happens to help but if you have any other tips on how to help constipation that would be great!
