Hey guys is it possible to have two faint line positive test and negative blood work within the same day? And then still be pregnant

It depends on what your doctor considers negative for bloodwork. Some consider anything below 25 negative, but if you are extremely early it may not have gotten that high yet. Check again in 2 or 3 days. If the line is darker, ask for new bloodwork.
My doctor made me wait 1 week between blood draws if it was negative.

Did the Dr give you a number for the blood test?  They usually will say under 25 not pregnant, but FRER will detect over 5.
