Raspberry leaf tea just strengthens your uterus. Some say it helps during labor. Won’t put you in labor though. I’ve been drinking it since 38 weeks. 😊

Red raspberry leaf tea is great for uterine health. It does not induce or cause contractions. It strengthens the uterus so that contractions are effective during labor. It helps regulate hormones and helps with uterine recovery after birth. You get the best benefits from long term use- so starting at the beginning of pregnancy if not before. I’ve been drinking it since trying to conceive- so for about 7 years. I drank it ALL throughout both of my pregnancies. I went to 41+1 with both. First was a 14 hr labor, 20 min push time. 2nd was induced 4 hr labor, 5 min push time. Contractions were extremely effective. And I healed very quickly after both as well.
