I’m at a point in life where I am needing a career change. The problem is I do not have any degrees. I spent all of my 20s as a SAHM. Most of my years working have been running a nonprofit which I love but, definitely not for the $$. I have 3 teenagers one of which is only a year away from college. Therefore, I can’t afford and don’t have time for traditional 4 year degrees. Any ideas on where I could turn. Something that won’t be too difficult, expensive, or time consuming. Preferably something that can be done online in the evenings. Open to any and all suggestions please help

Nothing in life is easy! If it was easy to get degrees, we would all have degrees. I’ve changed my career and have been going to school seven years straight. Doctor degree (Eastern medicine), masters degree (mental health) and will be starting my second doctor degree (Western medicine). “ We spend one-third (or more) of our days at work. Work defines us as people, i.e., when we aren't happy at work, other areas of our life suffer. Yet more than 70 percent of workers say they don't feel satisfied with their career choices, and I believe we have serious epidemic on our hands. How many times have you heard about people who end up sick, depressed, divorced, abusing substances, etc., because they're unhappy with their careers? What if they liked their jobs instead? Couldn't significantly improving attitudes toward work have a huge impact on the health and welfare of our society?”https://www.inc.com/jt-odonnell/how-this-1-question-can-make-you-choose-wrong-career.htmlMake the right career choice change!

I once considered court reporting. You can do online classes at home and, if I recall correctly, it didn't take that long. You have to rent the stenograph to learn the shorthand, but I don't remember how much that was. In my area, the salary could be pretty good. Just an idea!
