AF arrived 4 days early. This never happens to me...I know a lot of women say that, but sometimes I’m late or on time but never early.

Well last month we experienced a miscarriage at 6 weeks (bloodwork was done and we found out before any symptoms) so I knew my cycles would change. My biggest concern was, will my body know how to end that pregnancy on it’s own? I didn’t want medical assistance. Well, it did, and I was so proud of my body.

Now, I am even more proud of it! It has fixed itself and started a new cycle just shy of 4 weeks from when this all started. I’m not happy I’m not pregnant, but I’m happy that my body is slowly getting back on track.
