My best friend very thoughtfully sent me a pregnancy box with teas and bath salts, and stuff like that. Included was a magnesium lotion and an oil, in the box it says magnesium is good for pregnancy and to rub it on my stomach daily like a vitamin. I googled it to make sure its safe and it says like magnesium lotions are good but i didnt find anything that specifically said magnesium chloride was safe so I would just like to double checkk that this is safee? Those are the ingredients listed on the label, anyone know of its safe to use this?
