Prenatal DHA question
I’ve been taking a prenatal DHA supplement along with my regular prenatal multivitamin. However I put the DHA tablets in the freezer (hoping to avoid fishy aftertaste), now I’m reading the bottle and it says to keep the pills between certain temperatures. Have I ruined the pills by freezing them? Should I discontinue them and buy a new bottle? Any help is appreciated!
