Can you still be pregnant after a 4 day late period?

If you experienced this please comment the details!! We’ve been TTC for 3 months now and I’m feeling hopeless 😩 When my period didn’t come on the 5th I took a test and all of them were a bfn. :(( my drs appointment will be next week but I’m so impatient I wanna know if it’s true or not!!

I had a “period” 29th jan-1st feb. Same as normal. Took a test the day of period negative. Took a test two days after period it was positive. Just had bloods done on Friday which had hcg and bloods today to see if increasing will let you know! I’m praying they do. But it is possible to be pregnant

Very unlikely I’d had a period and negative tests.  My SIL spotted when her period was due but had a positive test and levels kept increasing.
