Heyy all.. can you help me, Iv had some strange jelly stuff come out my ladies bits last Sunday,

Iv had rlly bad belly cramps and lower back pain with heart burn I think and my nipples have been killing me, Iv been trying for a baby nearly a year now and as I was worried I thought it mite of been an infection.. I went doctors and they done a test and everything seems normal and no infections but didn’t do a pregnancy text.. don’t wanna get my little hopes up, any ideas on your thoughts?

Can a ovulation test say positive for pregnancy as I’m not ovulationing at the moment,
