struggling before prom
so i am 16 years old and the last time i weighed myself (years ago) i was about 173lbs...i’m pretty sure i’m at about 197 or 200+ lbs now. i’m struggling to find a good workout for me. my goal is to lose about 20-30 lbs before prom in May. does anyone know of good workouts and or eating tips that can help? anything helps🙂
