Hello cysters,

So my sister-in-law has been doing "research" as she and I both have PCOS. In my case my husband and I have been TTC for the last 9 months. For a few short months I did the typical testing to see if I ovulate (opks, temping, cm) and I do no ovulate. I was then put on metformin because supposedly it can help but I've been taking 750mcg for at least 4 months now and no success. My SIL has researched and told me doing a keto diet could help (both aware thsy everyone is different, so it may or may not help me). Even if it doesn't help me conceive, I know it'll at least help me lose about 10 or 15 lbs more that I'm struggling to lose.

I am just curious who all has PCOS and done keto and successfully got pregnant and how long it took?
