LH surge past??

Ok so I posted earlier...took this test at 10:30a. Then I took another around noon ish and one at 4p. Both were significantly lighter than the morning one. Does that mean my surge has come and gone? I’m CD 13 and on day 4 of high fertility (blinking smiley) on my clearblue OPK. Any insight appreciated! Thanks
