Which do you believe is more accurate?

So I know what day I ovulated and I also know the first day of my period. I’m curious which one do you think is more accurate?

If you know when you ovulated that’s always more accurate. They use LMP to date because not many know when they ovulated and no one knows exactly when implantation occurred.

My due date matches up perfectly with my LMP and I didn’t ovulated until CD16. I know for a fact when I ovulated because I was on Clomid and was closely monitored with ultrasounds and blood work. I know that I most likely implanted on 6dpo because I got my VVVFL at 8dpo, my BFP at 9dpo and my positive digital (FRER and CB) at 10dpo!

Time from ovulation to implantation can vary quite a bit too. My ovulation date lined up perfectly with the date they gave me at my 7 wk ultrasound. By LMP it was 3 days off because my cycle is about 25 days

They started out by giving me a date based on my LMP but I knew I ovulated a week early that month. At the first ultrasound at 12 ish weeks baby was measuring a week ahead as I suspected and they changed the due date accordingly

Thank you guys I decided to go off of my ovulation which is pretty spot on with everything I went thru another website which says I implanted on February 2nd which lines up perfectly with what I believe as I got my BFP the next day at 10dpo! So I am 4 weeks and 4 days almost 5 weeks!

LMP wasn't accurate for me in any of my 3 pregnancies. This pregnancy I tracked ovulation so I'd have an accurate date before my dating scan (which I get at an estimated 12 weeks).

For me, ovulation date was more accurate because my cycles are irregular. I ovulated like day 30 or something the cycle I conceived 🙄

My ob went off the first day of my lmp even though I have longer cycles and ovulated later in my cycle
