I was at the hospital today for 5 hrs.

I started bleeding today at 9 am and then it got heavier through out the day. I took a pregnancy test 5 days ago and it came out positive. I took plenty of test. The dr check my hcg levels and said they were at 8.. and then the ultrasound tech said he didn’t see no pregnancy development but he did see liquid in my ovaries so they aren’t sure if I had a cyst ruptured or I am miscarry because he said it’s too early to tell and I have to go back in 3 days. He also said if my hcg doubles and this pregnancy continues that it won’t be a normal one which scared the shit out of me. Has anyone been through this?
