Hey so I am 19 experiencing a lot of new things and I’ve never pleasured myself wouldn’t even know how to and I feel so stupid for not knowing my own body and this guy attempted to finger me and I honestly couldn’t tell if it hurts or if I just wasn’t used to it I really have nothing to compare it to.. please help!

I also tried losing my virginity and it was such a fail and I think it’s me :( I feel so broken and idk what to do or who to talk to
