This picture was from January 28th, the next day I was checked and told I was 1cm, 70% effaced and his head was engaged. She said “I feel his head right here and pushing on it, it doesn’t move”

This picture I just took, because I noticed I have a pooch of skin at the bottom of my bump that wasn’t there days ago, and comparing the pictures my bump is obviously a different shape

I’ve been in constant pain for days, all in hips and lower back, General pelvis. Including him pushing on my cervix everytime he is awake.

But what I’m wondering is, if he was already engaged and effacing me, where is he going now?! I know my bump can change size if he drops or whatever but where else is there to drop too? I do feel increased pressure in my pelvis but how is he getting any lower? 🤨 I’m genuinely curious.
