How much is too much testing?

How often should you test? Im assuming once every 24hrs? Especially morning pee??

Pregnancy tests? Yeah that’s too much in my opinion. It can really mess with your mental health to test that often whether you’re wanting it to be positive or negative. Test when your period is actually late and then maybe every 2-3 days until it comes. 
Ovulation tests? I found I had to test 3x a day to not miss my peak. It comes fast and it goes fast. I’d start testing a few days after my period ended until I got my peak.
